  MY HUSBAND AND I WENT IN TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT. THE LADY SEEMED PUT OUT TO HAVE TO HELP US. SHE TOLD US HER COMPUTER WAS UNAVAILABLE TO OPEN A NEW ACCOUNT UNTIL LATER THIS AFTERNOON AS SHE WAS EXPECTING A LOAN CUSTOMER SHORTLY. MY HUSBAND ASKED HER, "DON'T YOU WANT OUR BUSINESS"? SHE RESPONDED WE COULD MAKE AN APPOINTMENT IN THE AFTERNOON. WE LEFT THE BANK AND WENT TO ANOTHER ONE. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. WE FELT LIKE A BURDEN NOT A VALUED POTENTIAL CUSTOMER.

  The grocery store this USBANK is in is a very loud and uncomfortable environment. It’s not conducive to getting your banking taken care of.
