      The bank as a whole is filled with very nice and helpful people!!! Great service most of the time!!! With the exception of one person who I encountered a couple times by the name of Crystal. She has been rude in the past, but the other day I was in to set up an account for a loved one and she decided to sit in with us and the nice young lady helping us. During this time she was very rude to us and to the young lady helping us. She kept trying to correct the young lady as she was talking with someone from corporate, the person on the phone was telling her the correct way and crystal was disputing it. The young lady that helped us did an outstanding job, kept a smile on the entire time, and even apologized for Crystals behavior. I normally only do positive reviews but she made the other lady’s job harder than it needed to be. Again other than Crystal, always a pleasant experience!!! Thanks for reading!!!
