  great little place right next to starbucks with 2 atms! The women that work there are amazing and incredibly kind. 10/10 experience!

  Ana helped me open an account after I explained my specific situation regarding documentation. I repeatedly asked if this would be a problem and provided extensive additional information. I was told it was no problem and opened the account. A hold was placed on my account and I am unable to access my money. I went into the branch and they claimed not to know what was wrong. I called the 800 number and was told I a) could not access my money and b) could not close the account without the documentation. My account was opened because of false information given to me by Ana and now I am unable to access my money at all. I do not know if this is fraud or incompetence, but it is unacceptable and wildly unprofessional.

  The new branch is friendly and compact. There isn't a drive-through or any safe deposit boxes available, but it's great for making walk-in deposits and other banking business. It's also next door to a Starbucks Coffee store.
