  (Giving two stars because they have been polite) I have banked with US Bank for about 10 years and fraud was recently detected on my account, which I was never notified. I had to wait till Tuesday because Tawni the branch manager had the day off Monday. (You have to talk to only branch manager for any resolution). This was the branch I opened the account with and have 3 discussions with Tawni where she has said, I don’t know when your funds will be available, if you will be closed and get a check. Fraud prevention has told me wherever you opened the account it is Tawni’s call. I don’t live anywhere near the branch anymore. My point is I would not bank with US bank unless you plan on living near the branch where you open the account for live because they can make a decision about any account and by law don’t have to notify you. I have personally seen a decline with US Bank customer service over time. (Some branches are very solid). But if you open at this branch and there is ever an issue know that it won’t be resolved fast. (I will update a last post so you have a better timeframe when they actually notify me.)
