  We could not have had a more excellent home buying experience! Arrona is a financial wizard. He helped us increase our credit score 40 points in 30 days! He is quick, efficient, friendly and professional. He goes above and beyond and we are forever grateful to have had Arrona on our team! His business is so streamlined that document submission is simple and he makes the complex side of financing easy to understand. He was right there with us every step of the way and we were able to close escrow, on time! He will always have our business and we will continually to refer our network to him; he’s the best in the business!   Over the years I have used many lenders, and in this last year, two. David Arrona has been, without a doubt, the best one ever. You know exactly, at all times the status of your loan. He stays in constant contact with you. He is tireless in pursuing all avenues to fund as quickly as possible. The best, though was that he takes the time to explain and answer the questions that arise. Double the star rating.

  David Arrona is the best! He has been so helpful to us during 2 home purchases and 2 refinances. He is available, easy to talk to, and answers all our questions with patience and clarity. And he responds so promptly! He is an excellent communicator and keeps us informed with status updates all along the way. And his spreadsheets are amazingly helpful! You can see the numbers and assess things more clearly and make the most informed decision. We chose him based on his spreadsheets alone :) but his customer service has been equally amazing! We can't say enough positive things. We highly recommend him.
