  Thank you, thank you, thank you drive-thru tellers for your help! I didn't catch the name of the lady teller that helped me get a temporary card, but she is an angel, truly! I had a really unique situation where I didn't have all the materials to get a temporary card, but she was willing to work with me. She didn't simply give me a temporary card carelessly, but diligently vetted me to ensure I was who I claimed I was. I had gone through a stressful situation with another bank that made me feel hopeless I'd be able to have access to my money for a while, but the teller was very clear and understanding of what was going on. They know what they're doing here. Thanks so much again.
