I have both a business and a personal bank account. This is a big bank with a hometown feel. The tellers are professionals and Trish and Kelly with go out of there way to help you with your banking needs. This is unlike any other big bank I know of and this includes other US Bank branches. A very unique group of professionals which should be duplicated in other branches and learn true customer service.

The hours of this bank are the most inconvenient. You can't get to the bank before work, you can't get to the bank after work, you can get to the bank on lunch break because they are closed. Does anyone actually work here?
