      I have banked here since before it was US Bank (First Bank of Idaho), maybe 15 years or so. One of their long-time employees, who now works in the Ketchum branch, just helped me with an extenuating circumstance, even though her role has now changed.

      They have been closed for over a year! Highly considering taking my money to a bank I can actually walk into!!!!
