      I have had some issues with my debt card that I received from a different branch of US bank. The customer service employee Mr. Hernandez has helped me multiple times and as been nothing less than outstanding. He has gladly assisted me with any problem that arose in a friendly and professional manner. If any US bank member ever has card/account problems I would highly recommend contacting the Woodland branch of US bank for this individuals assistance.

      ATM wouldnt accept my cash deposit. Kept spitting it out. I had to drive to Battle Ground!!!!!!! Zero Stars.
