  It was a very good experience ,We came in to open a business account as we are a small business that's trying to grow the Manager helped us out so much. We were able to open up a business account and a line of credit as well as a merchant service. something almost every other bank deny us on. We are very thankful and happy with us bank and the Amazing manager and staff. H Services Electrical

  I bank at a different establishment, but tried to get money out of their atm. Everything went great until dispensing my money. An error occurred and they did not complete my transaction. They said my account won't be charged. Then later seen on my statement they charged me a transaction fee. Multiple that by 50 people and they just made a hefty profit from their atm error. Apparently they are satisfied with their performance. People have complained based on your rating, but they seem not to acknowledge or care. Smh

  I was at this branch to open a new account this morning. The lady at the counter could barely communicate in English and somehow managed to told me that their system is not available to open new account and instead asked me to make an appointment. I seriously doubt if this lady even knows how to work a terminal or provide any assistance with simplest task of opening a new account. Not sure if US Bank is unable to find people who can fluently communicate in English. A very useless branch. Don’t waste your time going to this branch. On second note…. Has USBank systems become so unreliable that it can’t even keep its customer centric IT systems operational that are meant to convert prospects to customers, or their employees are just getting dump and dumber by day.
