The blonde teller with the bangs and glasses was EXTREMELY rude. I was a non customer with potential prospects of becoming a customer. But after the way I was treated and the way my husband, who is a customer, was treated he will now be soon closing that account and going to a different bank. You can’t sit there and tell a customer you LOST a night drop after refusing to make the deposit the day before when I was in the building. Then make the excuse that you didn’t check the night drop after I come back. Im in shock with their unbelievable rudeness and lack of customer service. And that’s coming from someone who also works at a bank. I couldn’t imagine having someone come into my bank and treating them the way I was treated. Customer or not.
