  Outside of being unprofessional and unpleasant with customers, the staff board on incompetence when it comes to banking. It was far simpler to close my account and bank elsewhere then get a decent answer from anyone within the bank. Within the five months of having my account at this branch multiple mistakes caused me headaches. Anyone banking here should monitor all accounts on a daily basis. Pay close attention to deposits made and double check accuracy of monies, as on numerous occasions they credited my account less than the deposited amount. Typically only by a few cents, but taking into account the number of transactions conducted daily someone is definitely earning pocket money on the side.
