Updated: I removed my previous review since US Bank has been responsive following the response to my initial Google review. With grace and understanding as to the difficulties opening up a business post Covid, I have moved from one start to four stars.

This branch has really low wall on the right side of ATM machine lane, and it’s hard to notice at night. It crashed my car.

Went in and paid off 39,000 and the check was cleared 1/4/22. I've called this branch numerous times and no one answers. I've called the 800 help line number and always get a go around answer about where the title is. It's been almost 2 months still no title for a vehicle that has no remaining loan balance. I've been told it's in the mail. Then early this week the dmv had an e title. I call dmv and nope their records indicate us bank hasn't released it. Then call 800 number again saying oh we will send you an email your title is being perfected. Absolutely, unacceptable for this to be happening!
