      Ashlee, the Manager, solved all of my problems creatively and with aplomb! She was so wonderful, we'll be staying with US Bank.

      Closed on a Saturday now?! when most people work 9-5 and can’t get in to the bank because of work on weekdays now there’s no chance. If staffing is the problem maybe offer a higher $/hr for new employees. Or look into what management is doing wrong for no one to want to work there.

      Don’t go between the hours of 9am-5pm. Understaffed and stressed means there’s no chance to do anything besides depositing a check. Visited multiple times and needed business accounts set up (checking, CC, etc) but nobody was able to help. Will be going to a credit union instead.
