  Customer service has been very helpful and understanding of issue's I have experienced since opening my account in iowa in 2013. As both an x military and my current employer, OTR. Having a local bank that is in many other cities and states has been a warm family feeling when crisis arise in every day hurricanes... and that's is something to smile about. I would recommend u s bank to any military member of our armed forces.

  Zero stars needs to be an option. US Bank is pointless. Terrible access to US Bank branches in our area and the ones that do exist have such limited hours that it’s pointless to even have those. Then, on top of that, I drive out of my way to a branch that has a lobby only to find it accessible “by appointment only”.

  The teller here was confrontational and extremely rude in explaining that their lobby is appointment only. She was dismissive of what I needed and did not engage in any kind of dialog about my situation. The branch manager justified her actions as corporate policy and also did not seem to care whether or not how the teller acted was appropriate. I will do mu best to never go back to this branch again.
