Very helpful & efficient. I lost my debit card and had also updated my address just last week. This meant I couldn't be mailed a card by customer support over the phone. When I arrived they were sympathetic to my situation and very thorough. I understand its loud and busy because its located within a supermarket but this was overall a great experience.

$7 to cash a check is ridiculous. No desire to open an account here now.

While we do have the ability to verify that funds are available, we do not have the time to ensure that cashed checks are legitimate. The fee is charged to help offset the risk to the branch for providing this service. We do not charge this fee for minors or checks that are less than $50.
