  I am thankful to have worked with Jennifer and her team, Kelly, Cody, Brian, and Katie. Obtaining a VA loan with Guaranteed Rate was a smooth process despite the amount of paperwork work needed to obtain the loan. Most of this paperwork needed was not in either Jennifer’s or my control. An example of this was waiting on a signature from Army. Jennifer’s team did a good job in their diligence to ensure all aspects of the loan had been covered. We started the process of submitting documents in early April and closed on a home in late June. This is very quick considering it’s a VA loan and it is without a question a seller’s market. Thanks to their communication, Jennifer and our realtor, Trish Kelly, helped incentivize our offer and expedite the seller to accept our offer while working outside normal business hours. I would recommend and use Jennifer’s team again.

  Jennifer and her team were fantastic to work with as we purchased a home in the Denver area. The team was always responsive and guided us through the mortgage approval and closing process as we relocated in conjunction with a military retirement.
