      Great people at this location. I’ve been happy with all US bank locations I’ve worked with. Has nothing to do with the location but bring back the service members holding the American flag check card back!

      Worst customer service ever, worst hours ever even the drive thru has bad hours. I closed my savings account to had to wait 27 minutes ten other customers were done before me. I complained to Evan about the service and asked for my license back that I had no more time to wait. The lady with blond hair, obese and glasses then put her self into the conversation with Evan and I told her stay out of it she then gave me The Finger. My wife said happy we no longer do business with such low grade people. Think many times before coming a victim of U.S.Bank

      Horrible experience. Casey, the branch manager never ever returns call/message. The other teller at the bank in rush to hang up by just saying, sorry bye. They don’t answer the question forget about solving it.
