I’ve been banking with them for years and I love the bank, except for the fact that I had to pay to get a copy of my statement that I needed for a car loan. I don’t think I should have had to pay anything, since I’m suppose to be a valued customer!

Very bad customer service in Hastings Nebraska. They treat you really bad and they always looking for excuses not to provide the service you need.

I don't really care for the lack of effort put into their phone service.. along with inconsistencies from agent to agent.. my card got frozen.. was given 3 different reasons on why, none of them were correct.. a month later, my account is still frozen for apparently no reason.. I
