      Never have had an issue with US Bank only been using them for 7 months now for our RV loan and just refinanced our VA morgage They took over managing it and all is good there too. I don't have any bank accounts there so can't say much about that.

      Called to get help for one of my accounts. The "Manager" was very Rude, and annoyed. VERY poor customer service. Also seemed to be sarcastic with me. Told me she didnt have "TIME" to help me, that I could look at my email bank statements to figure it out, or wait until the next day. Didnt help me at all! My account has money missing which is concerning!!! But THEY CANT HELP!???? Disappointing

      Don't expect any sort of positive customer service if you have less than ten grand in your account. Would rather bank with a potato
