      I had my wallet stolen and went immediately to the Bank to get my cards canceled !!! They went into action immediately and TOOK COMMAND! They explained everything to me and even showed me new things about Banking there, how to better use my phone while banking, and treated me like I was a VIP!!! We were so glad to move from HOT SPRINGS, ARK. , where we thought US BAN hung the MOON, but this Sheridan branch takes FIRST PRIZE!!!!It's not a Bank, it's FAMILY!

      3 drive thru lanes and only have one open, it should not take 35 minutes to get thru a drive thru line when your 3rd in line. Feel sorry for everyone behind me waiting, no wonder people are going online to bank now days.
