Very unprofessional and unhelpful. I went to this location 20 minutes before their closing time and was refused service because it was apparently too close to closing time for their bankers.

My partner banks with US Bank in West Bend and the only doing a drivethrough they been doing this for the last 6 months and we keep asking why of wind of a going to open up the Lobby and all we get is they don't know
