  Went to them for my auto loan and use them for business/personal checking/savings. They literally bent over backwards during the auto loan process, overnighted a check to the dealership, and even sent me a thank you note and some cool US Bank water bottles after everything went through. LOVE this branch.

  Was asked to provide my SS# to cash a check. Then I was told how secure they were because they were a bank. So I reluctantly asked where I enter my number in and they told me to write it down and hand it over. I explained that with my Drivers license, phone number, address, name and now my SS# they had everything they needed to steal my identity. How is that secure? What am I missing?
