  Waited for 10 minutes for someone to finish looking at their computer screen, idly, before I could get a notarized letter. That after having to travel from another branch that didn’t have one on staff. As an account holder, with debt serviced by this bank, I shouldn’t have to pay any fee for a $15 cashiers check. Full stop. Why did you discontinue providing money orders? Banking for profit is going places and forget they should put their customers first.

  Bank of America is a joke. Their customer service is a joke too. They are rude and will hold your deposited payroll check for 7-10 days. Don't open an account with them.
