  Poor communication skills in the loan department and very under qualified staff. I would not recommend getting a loan here or mortgage and we will be finding a company that knows what they are doing.

  Drive through ATM is terrible, most of the touch screen does not work resulting in very limited functions and a frustrating experience. Hours are reduced still, limited services, and is understaffed. They try the best with what they have which isn't much. Wouldn't recommend this branch. Nothing has changed in the past 6 months, still sucks.
