      Never had a problem with either drive thru or walk in. Nice friendly people. I've always used drive thru for simple tasks. I would recommend go inside for any convoluted or complicated transactions.

      Terrible experience it has a large drive through to take in about 5 cars but only 2 are active which congests the line to make you wait extremely long, once you arr next the tellers take very long to something as simple as a balance check or a withdrawl. Utterly bad service i dont recommend you go here unless if you like waiting in line for hours, if not go to the harlem location next to the jewel. Better service they take you fast and they use all their lanes.
