  Tried to clear up a previous balance and first went to the branch on kingsman highway and didn't want to help because I no longer had an account with them. Didn't expect to be treated this great this time. Kristen took care of our problem so quick. She was so friendly. Best customer service I've had in Missouri. Thank you!!!!

  Well if you debit card gets hacked do t try to get a new one been trying to reach them all morning and I don’t get anything the phone rang 2 times once and I thought finally I can get this situated nope they hung up the phone immediately just know I will be closing my account shortly I’m in the United States Army and I need a bank that I can trust to get things to me in a pinch I see I made the wrong choice

  I opened an account Monday when I went to deposit my retirement check. I was told I could only get $200 back that day, I said that's fine. The next day the check still hasn't posted,(Tuesday), so I continue to go into the bank and asked why I can't pay my electric bill and utility bill because my account isn't updating? She proceeds to withdraw another $200 in the bank and hand it to me. Wednesday comes around and I don't withdraw or make a purchase. Today is Thursday and my balance shows I'm -$236.. I haven't been with this bank a full week yet and I'm ALREADY sick of this service and no explanation for anything... I don't want a lady that types with only her index fingers to be able to control my bank account...
