  Peter and John went over and above to help me solve the problem I was having with the US Bank leasing department when they could have just said, “not my problem.” They are the example of what customer service should be. Thanks guys!

  They don't answer the phone during normal business hours, and if you go in they turn you away because you need to schedule an appointment even though there are no signs anywhere stating that, and you can't call in to make that appointment since they do not answer the phone. So go drive there just to schedule an appointment and then come back when you have your appointment several days later even though people are just sitting around and chatting. Frustrating

  Went through the drive thru to make a cash deposit, clerk told me they weren't able to help me because, and I quote, "too busy". What kind of business turns away customers because they are too busy? I told her that I would wait then she gave me a dirty look. So unprofessional.
