  If you’re in any kind of a hurry, running a business and need to get back to the store, I advise you to go elsewhere. I literally sit in this line an hour or more every trip I make!!! I have also had numerous money issues here!!! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere they can count and have a sense of urgency to get your business taken care of!! I’m begging my company to change banks!

  Just sent my son to make a cash deposit and they would not take it because he was not on my account, will be closing all three of my accounts here, business and personal.

  Hello Pen, I understand why this has been frustrating for you. Please know that we weren't trying to make things hard. Banking regulations require us to know the source of cash deposits. Cash transactions are difficult to understand and monitor which is why we limit the amount of cash that can be deposited by a non-customer. I understand this can be inconvenient, but I hope this helps explain why. ^Kim
