      I’ve been in line behind one car for 7 minutes. Previously was ignored for several minutes while at the actual window. Was never greeted or anything. There are no other customers here.

      They have 3 drive through lanes open ,,but just 1 teller working, doesn't make any sense to me

      EXTREMELY slow drive thru service! Averages about 10 minute wait per vehicle. And, they charge $7 to cash one of THEIR own checks if you don't have an account with them.
