  I have had this bank for almost 10 years. They are better then any other bank I have had in the past.

  Up until now I’ve had good experiences and have left good reviews and have recommended US Bank to several people but the service in this branch was horrible. I was told to go in the branch and to open an account but I got there at 2:32 and was told they don’t open accounts after 2:30. After I explained that I was told to come in “at any time” she said they were customer service and “they work from home” and don’t know what goes on at the branch and they have nothing to do with them “because it’s another department”. Not a surprise this branch has such bad reviews. Here’s another one.

  For people who work in customer service these people are not friendly at all. They are grouchy and most of the clients I observed, while waiting in line, pointed it out to them
