      We had an issue with our accounts & needed to open new ones. We didn't have an appointment on a Saturday, but they were able to squeeze us in & get us taken care of. Blaine was very nice & took the time to answer all our questions. He was very polite, friendly & knowledgeable in his position. Would highly recommend doing your banking business at this branch!!       I was on the line for 20 minutes, while rep was chatting with other customer for 20 minutes. Spoke with rep her name is Carla she pretty rude .
