  I've been banking at this branch for many years and have made frequent trips to the branch in person. Everyone has always been very helpful from the first "hello" to the "thank you" at the end. With direct deposits to my account and all of my expenses being paid electronically in addition to money transfers to my son who lived out of state at the time, there was a lot of activity in my account. US Bank and its personnel could not have been more helpful in sorting out some of the messes I made and they did it all with a smile on their face, glad to be of help. At one point someone managed to get my debit card number and went on an overnight online shopping spree. I had a considerable amount of money in the account at the time and they treated themselves with 11 separate transactions. The branch shut down my card and issued me a new temporary card the same day and US Bank's fraud department took over from there. They were very helpful and expedient, before long every penny was back in my account. No fees, no unauthorized charges and a thank you for doing business with US Bank at the end. About a year and a half ago I suffered life-threatening health problems and with several lengthy hospital stays I was unable to work. My little empire crumbled around me but US Bank and its people stayed by my side. It took more than a year to stabilize my life and the people at US Bank were with me through it all. If I have it my way, I'll be around for many years to come, in part just to continue doing business with US Bank as a way of saying thank you.

  By far my favorite branch. Everyone is super helpful and friendly and go the extra mile. And the hours are really good too, open on days when many banks are closed.
