  Good, helpful tellers and bankers. That guy above about customer service is goofy, 10 minutes isnt that long. 20 minutes or more would be though!

  I agree with a lot of these reviews, I wish I could give a zero star rating. This location is the absolute worse. Terrible experiences every time. Lobby is always locked. Weird “security” guard. Staff is unpleasant and laughs when you need something explained. This location is 5 minutes from my house and I rather drive 40 minutes away than deal with this branch.

  Stood in line for 30 minutes just to make a bank deposit only person no other people, seems they are understaffed and the drive through closed.
