      This is my first time visiting this branch. Unfortunately my branch closed and so the reason for my visit. The Teller, Sarah, was very pleasant and efficient. She offered her business card and a smile as a welcome to the branch. Great job Sarah!

      I'm a non customer to this bank and since I'm on short term disability, I get issued a check there this bank. Yes a check. So every time I've been here, I've had to show 2 forms of ID and the last 2 times I've been here I've had to give them my social security number to be put in their system supposedly as a non customer, and told each time I won't have to do this again. Yet here I am waiting 35 minutes still for them to cash my checks and put me in their system as a non customer and had to give out my social security number once again. So yes, this is like the worst bank I've ever encountered, and I'm still in the parking lot waiting for them to cash my checks, after I went to the drive threw and was asked to pull out front, and they would run my money to me. Been waiting 25 minutes out front so far. I'm not happy with this at all.
