      I will gladly give this US bank location a 5 star rating! They made sure all my issues were resolved and quickly resolved! Each staff me member I encountered was beyond professional and friendly! Very highly recommended by me!

      Their ATM is malfunctional. I was stuck at the atm that had taken my card and was not responding. I called into the bank so they could come out and assist me. After being put on hold for several minutes the lady shrugged it off saying "well we don't service those" I explained the machine had my card and to stay on the line with me to help or they needed to call the service to get it out. The lady I was on the phone with let out a loud sigh at me. The machine finally spit out my card and I was able to leave. The rude lady clearly had no intention of helping and exhibited horrible customer service.
