  Angels work here! Best customer service I've had at a bank since opening an account! The manager, Ebony U., is a triumph of management. Even though she was short staffed, she took time and cared enough to listen to my concerns and, make me feel heard. I left the branch feeling hopeful and, excited to find financial solutions with US bank. Thank you!

  Previously, had 4 or 5 star treatment. Something's gone south there. Service has dropped. Little concern for customers. Hit and miss on assistance. Very hard to reach them or get an appt. Sad, cause I've been with this branch for 40+ years. hope they find their way back again.

  Slow service, rude, and dismissive. 4 tellers and ONE customer at the front but I'm waiting 5 minutes to be called up.
