      Horrible biz support when they close at 4…. Not a single branch open on a Saturday or after 4pm… can’t get change orders or even make deposits. Will defiantly be switching banks…

The two Albertson's offices on Ross Lane and Phoenix Road are open Saturdays from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. For your convenience, many transactions can also be completed digitally, 24 hours a day.       I feel like the customer service and service at this location used to be super wonderful five star for sure. Over the last few years it started to decline this year obviously being the worst customer service and attitudes are absolutely horrible not welcoming. Also the drive-through was the biggest bonus for banking at this bank now you never know if they’re going to be open they close early and then especially if you get there within 20 minutes of closing the tellers are not happy and they show it all over their faces and with their Attitude.I feel like you guys can do better !
