      Drove to the branch to do some business in the lobby, but the lobby was closed. Again. Last time I was here the same thing happened... They explained that it was temporary due to staff shortages. They said the same thing this time... Poor service I say.. .

      Really rude and unprofessional. Always seeming suspicious of customers and needing way to much information not pertaining to the transaction. Appleton US Bank does way better job. Lady wad rude voiced
