Outstanding branch. Travis could not have been kinder. I had been turned away by Chase Private Client banker when I needed to deposit some loose change from my fathers home who had recently passed. I called to inquire about counting the change, and Travis came up with a solution for us. Could not have been more grateful for his kindness!

Travis Canfield bank teller is so terrible, he keeps looking at my bank transactions, but didn’t tell me what is wrong, it took him a long time, he is so slow, I was in rush to be back to work from my lunch break, then I asked him what’s wrong if he needs anything else from me, he said my signature did not match with my records, I think he did that on purpose, I showed him my face, ID, and everything. Extremely terrible customer service!
