I like this bank...I asked questions and they helped me...I've seen bad reviews and dont understand why...but its cool... thank you

You really need to work hard to make your bank more depressing than Wells Fargo. If you need a teller, plan on standing in line for at least 20-30 minutes. The space is a giant dimly lit dated cavern that has been completely abandoned. The lobey has the welcoming atmosphere of Chernobyl or the mariner mall in superior. I'm honestly not sure why anyone would walk into this branch and decide they actually want to open an account. You'll do better at North Shore across the street. At the very least they could fix or remove the escalators.

They won't honor a US Bank issued Check unless you agree to allow them to steal $7 of your hard earned money..So Sad that have to take food out of kids mouth to cash a check written from them
