      Sue, the new mortgage lender, is absolutely outstanding! She has been helping our family procure a loan, and giving us advice for helping our credit. She gave us numerous options to explore which was very helpful. Our credit could use some work, and we are not very knowledgeable, but Sue hasn't made us feel silly and has been nothing but kind and helpful. She is also helping my mother with buying a home at the same time. She has spent a lot of time helping my mom explore the best route for this time in her life.       Took forever to get my first mortgage loan through them. Tried once to get a car loan too and gave up after waiting for that. Didn't do business with them since.
