      Jorge Duran had low customer service skills from the moment our conversation began. He made things unnecessarily difficult for unknown reason. I ended up having to drive 30 minutes just to use my local bank because he just felt like giving me the cold shoulder. I would recommend he be retrained on customer service and on how to interact with customers.
