  US Bank did a home refinance for me & got it ALL screwed up....did not deduct for my taxes & insurance like I told them to...and WHAM, 5 months later I get these high bills from the county & my insurance company saying I need to pay up! Over $2000 worth PLUS the loss/penalty I took on pulling money out of my retirement account early to pay the two off! On top of that! I was paying Capitol Federal 3.85% on my original loan & US BAnk raised me another .50% over them...so instead of saving all this money by refinancing...I saved VERY little plus I got a higher house loan percentage rate. They covered some of my loss, but not all of it & I am NOT a "Happy Camper" with US Bank anymore.

  I wanted to open a business account and was told they were busy. I was asked to go to another branch for service! Of course I didn't want to do business with a company who didn't have time to help me. Bad service along with bad first impression! There are so many other banks to choose from. Incredible!!
