      I've done business at a lot of US Bank branches over the years, but the Prairie Village branch is without question the best I've dealt with. The branch staff has been helpful and patient with us every time we've walked in. Special kudos to Jake, who is amazing to work with.

      Came to this location today hoping to speak with a banker. The entire location was closed. No reason as to why posted. Even the drive thru was closed. I also called to be sure. Online it says this location is open. Very inconvenient.

      Ive been having a lot of trouble getting my account set up (because of ID troubles/internal security suspecting my account with fraudulent activity), but whenever i stop by the bank during their lobby hours, theyre always there to help. Im still getting my account frozen for "fraud," but they know ive been dealing with this problem for a while now. I dont understand why theres one single one-star review on this bank branch, but theyre always happy to help me so...thats 5-star service to me.
