      I have utilized the usbank in Tipp City for over 15 years. Throughout management changes the quality and customer service has remained excellent. Years ago I was so impressed that I actually wrote a letter to the CEO of US Bank. To my surprise I received a response hand signed by the CEO. he made it very clear that customer service is their number one priority. I later found out that he also reached out to the district manager and branch manager to commend them on their excellent customer service. I recommend them highly.

      Literally not one customer in the location but got told to make an appointment and come back, i go in the website and it tell me that i can do walk-in. 😑👎🏼 Do better and dont play with people times.

      Extremely disappointed in the customer service I experienced, especially from the Branch Manager. Ending a 15 year banking relationship.
