  We have been going to this location for awhile and have had decent customer service. Today we went and needed assistance from a banker regarding mortgage issues as we were not able to get ahold of the mortgage department via phone. Ariadna De Los Santos was the banker who helped us and she went above and beyond. She was able to reach out to the mortgage department and answered all our questions. Even after spending 30 mins+ on the phone she still had a smile on her face. Ariadna's customer service skills were amazing, if you need any kind of banking assistance she is the one to see!

  I don't think you can trust the ATM drive up tellers. I drove up put my money into the thing. No one greeted me through the telecom. Only when I buzzed them and the teller gave an attitude of she was too busy with other customers. Been going to US bank for years! Never had such attitude. I felt shorted money as well!

  Horrible ATMs! New ones got recently installed and to my surprise one was out of service and the second one was printing receipts in Error 🤦‍♀️👊
