      I went into close the account and the guy their really wanted me to keep my account which isn't what I wanted to do atleast however, I was able to close my account at the end and I told the banker about a situation I had and he said that's interesting in a sly way which isn't respectful and than asked if I need help with anything else? Which after that he gave me a smile like he screwed me or something. Also, the lady working their wasn't very nice to me. Lastly, he asked for my id twice which is odd because he already saw it.
