Briesa McClain was the Lender for a buyer on one of my listings. She went MIA 4 days after saying the file was submitted to the processor, and the appraisal had been ordered. If we didn't hear from the appraiser by Tues. to contact her immediately...........when no call from an appraiser, e-mailing her for 2 days, texting, and unable to leave a voicemail due to the box being full.......she has yet to respond to any of these. After contacting her manager, the processor said there was nothing in the file......OUCH! Now we have to start all over......
