  Being a first time home buyer could be a scary position to be in but by working with Caroline - we truly found a rare Mortgage Loan Officer and team that we could trust 100% of the way. Since Day 1, Caroline was super responsive, patient, intentional, quick to get tasks done, and became a true partner throughout our home search.   Caroline is such a doer. She closed my home purchase ~2 years back with a lower than market mortgage rate. A few days ago she called me out of blue to chat about refinance with even lower rate. Who does that? We proceeded with refinance and she quickly cleared a few hurdles along the way with her extraordinary capability to execute and get stuff done. With 0 closing costs, now my rate is 0.5% lower than before. Sometimes I wondered what she got out of it. Anyways, I've since connected her with dozens of my friends in the bay area for their mortgage needs. Working with her was a real blessing and I was so grateful for her tremendous assistance. This could happen to you only if you connect and get to know her
